Post RN BSc Nursing is two years degree program aimed to upgrade the diploma holding registered nurses to degree level,
and the degree level education is accepted across the globe. These graduates are academically sound and competent to
meet the challenges of the nursing profession. In addition, this degree opens up opportunities for promotion in clinical
practices, teaching, and higher education i.e. post-graduation. .
This program provides students with a comprehensive education and training. Students are instilled with a sense of professional responsibility, accountability and the ability to function as professionals in the health care settings such as clinics, hospitals, community health centers, and rehabilitation centers. Moreover, this program enables students to utilize scholarly skills to critique the existing research work, apply existing nursing theories, and adopt evidence based practices in practice settings.

A candidate seeking admission should have the following
qualification and experience:
- Matric with science
- Diploma in Nursing from an institute recognized by PNC
- Diploma in Midwifery (For Females) One year Post Basic Specialty Diploma (For Males) 02 years clinical
experience (Aer Basic specialty/ Midwifery) - Valid PNC registration NOC From the Hospital
