The event aimed to educate participants on the importance of traffic rules and regulations, emphasizing their role in ensuring public safety.
Ms. Zillie Huma, Director Operations, NWIHS, welcomed distinguished guests and participants, highlighting the significance of traffic rules and regulations.
Mr. Abdurrahim, Superintendent of Police, Town, Peshawar, provided a comprehensive briefing on the current traffic situation, emphasizing the need for mass awareness and youth involvement in promoting road safety.
Mr. Asif Raza, Incharge, Education Unit City Traffic Police Peshawar moderated an engaging session on the importance of wearing helmets, fastening seatbelts, and following traffic laws, showcasing impactful visuals and videos that illustrated the consequences of reckless driving.
A highlight of the event was the on-site driving license issuance initiative, facilitated by a mobile traffic police van. This convenient service allowed participants to obtain both learner’s and full driving licenses on the spot.
Through this seminar, attendees gained valuable knowledge on responsible driving practices, road safety, and the vital role of discipline in traffic management. The event concluded with a renewed commitment to promoting road safety and reducing accidents in the community.
