The Proctorial Board is a key component in maintaining discipline and order within educational institutions. Composed of responsible faculty members and student representatives, the board plays an essential role in upholding the institution’s code of conduct. Its main duties include monitoring student behavior, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, and addressing disciplinary issues as they arise. The Proctorial Board not only helps create a safe and conducive learning environment but also encourages a sense of responsibility and accountability among students. Its presence highlights the institution’s commitment to providing a holistic educational experience that includes both academic excellence and character development.

The platform welcomes opinion pieces, fiction, poetry, investigative articles, photography, illustration and info graphics, ensuring an inclusive space for diverse modes of expression. Submissions are selected through a transparent review process grounded in originality, relevance, and integrity. Guided by a student led editorial board under faculty mentorship, the magazine not only celebrates individual talent but also develops transferable skills in research, writing, editing, multimedia design, and ethical journalism. Contributors receive constructive peer feedback and publication credits that strengthen academic portfolios, while readers gain an engaging window into campus life, innovation, and community service. By documenting achievements and perspectives in real time, the E Magazine enriches institutional memory and fosters a shared sense of belonging, ownership, and pride among students, faculty, alumni, and partners.
